i'm in looooove! i'm in love with my new yoga studio. the people are so amazing. when i first went it was so far out of my box! it's a mixed crowd, men and women. it has both male and female instructors. so this is/was so far out of my box especially the first time i attended the amazing dillon's class. it was so way beyond anything i could have expected. my first class with dillon i left feeling like i had been privileged to be in the room with an amazing spiritual leader. i cried the first class. he connected with me...my soul. i feel blessed that Source has become a place for me to go and feel comfortable through this "learning to love myself and my body" journey that i have been on the past year. if you are curious about yoga join me sometime. i'd be happy to introduce you to dillon...and his wife liane (almost as amazing as dillon...hard to believe!)
