I have long battled with nightterrors, nightmares, vivid dreams etc. But this week takes the cake. I woke up doing yoga. yep, I woke up as i was moving into bridge pose. I felt strange in my soft bed, beside a snoring rob, doing bridge pose. It was quite surreal. I calmly rolled my spine down, rolled over, and thought, "hmm I was just doing sleep yoga, odd".

I have (on a few occasions) woken up and said OUT LOUD "Now bring your knees into your chest" thinking that I had fallen asleep in class during final Savasana, panicked, woke up, and tried to cover it up so my participants wouldn't know. After I say the words, I realize that I am not, in fact, teaching. I am in my bed but now wide awake.
